SHIPPING POLICY – HAPPY
At Happy, we strive to provide a transparent and responsible shipping service tailored to our logistics operations, ensuring that customers are always informed of the delivery conditions for their orders.
Shipping and Delivery Times
All orders are processed and shipped from Asia.
Orders are prepared within a maximum of 24 business hours from the time of purchase confirmation.
Once shipped, the estimated shipping and delivery time is 5 to 9 business days.
The times indicated are estimates and may be affected by external logistical factors.
Currently, shipments are made exclusively within Spain.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information.
The shipping status may take several days to update and display detailed information, especially during the early stages of transit.
Failed Deliveries
If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the order after several attempts due to reasons beyond Happy’s control, such as:
Recipient’s absence
Incorrect or incomplete address
Inability to contact the recipient
The package may be returned, held, or destroyed by the carrier.
In these cases, no refund will be issued, as the order was prepared and shipped correctly in accordance with the information provided by the customer during the purchase process.Â
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete, as well as to respond to notifications from the carrier.
Shipping-Related Returns
All returns, exchanges, or issues related to shipping must be handled in advance through our customer service department.
The customer must contact us via email to receive the necessary instructions before making any return.
